Yogendra joined the Datamatics group in 1985 to spearhead the group's foray into the financial outsourcing industry.

As Managing Director, Yogendra leads and manages the day-to-day affairs of the company. He has over 25 years of multi functional experience across various industries, in both domestic and international marketing.

Nishant has over 5 years of consulting experience in India and the USA. Previously, he was working for BearingPoint in the USA, where he consulted some of the largest financial institutions.

Nishant has a MS from NJIT, USA and an MBA from the Wharton School, USA.

Siddharth Kanodia, Vice President - Business Strategy
Siddharth has over 4 years of Marketing and Banking experience in India, Australia and Southeast Asia. Previously, Siddharth was working with Standard Chartered Bank's Corporate Advisory division in Singapore advising some of the largest corporate houses on various mergers and acquisitions.

He received his Bachelors in Commerce from R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics and an MBA from the University of Queensland, Australia with majors in Marketing and Business Management.

Naren brings over 21 years of operating experience to Datamatics. He is the former COO of RSM Macgladrey, India. He has held various senior executive positions at Britannia Industries, Eureka Forbes, Triton Group and Price Waterhouse.

Naren is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Firdosh M. Debara, Chief Financial Officer
Firdosh brings with him four decades of experience in the field of accountancy, finance, audit, taxation & company law. His experience in Industry covers W H Brady, Navsari Mills, Alzayani, Datamatics and more recently as CFO of i2 Technologies India, Godrej Upstream and Moveo Systems.

Firdosh has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Raj Pathy, Associate Vice President - Information Technology
Raj brings with him over 23 years of experience in the field of IT and ITES. He has played leading IT roles within the Retail, ITES, Software product development & Financial Services domains. He has held senior positions with M H Alshaya Company, Melstar Information Technologies, Fawaz A Alhokair and Tricom India Limited.

Raj holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Bombay.
