Challenge Datamatics Financials was entrusted with developing a comprehensive, web-based research solution involving telephone verification of contacts.
The Solution The scope of the project included: - Conducting Web Research across banks for high level contacts
- Searching public domain sites for the relevant information and population of the database
- Verifying the contacts via telephonic research.
Methodology The approach involved: - Putting together a dedicated and professional team to provide the best possible options to the client
- Entering into a Service Level Agreement to reassure the client
- Processing documentation for the required designations with definitions
- Researching and collating various bank websites and other public domain sites for contacts
- Aggregating the information and formatting it for review and telephone calling
- Verifying the contacts via telephonic survey including speaking directly to the concerned contact person, or to the PA of the contact person
- Double quality checking the contact
- Exporting the verified contact data to the client.
Results - Successfully worked on very narrow and highly confidential lists
- Ensured timely and accurate delivery of the output in the prescribed format
- Researched and verified more than 10,000 records.
- Created a comprehensive, relevant, easy to use database that could be plugged into Lafferty’s online application
