Garnett is a world-renowned and highly respected Paper Specialty company.

Challenge
Datamatics Financials’ task was to develop a comprehensive package of end-to-end services in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, GL, Management Accounts, etc.

As the solutions were industry specific, it meant a replication of function and processes in all aspects. Besides, it involved interacting with the clients’ business associates and external agencies.

Solution
The project involved:
  • Conducting a detailed on site study of the clients’ systems and procedures
  • Gaining working knowledge on processes involved and proper documentation
  • Facilitating a systematic transition of the processes through offsite set-up and training
